Sandspit Oyster Company
Farming is hard work. Then there are oyster farmers, like Sandspit Oyster Company, who choose to do it in the middle of Barnstable Harbor. It’s refreshing to see such unapologetic passion for something so special as an oyster. This shoot was delicious.
